PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit card payments: VISA, Mastercard and American Express using Stripe.

You can also pay using your PayPal account, should you have one.

CURRENCY

Currently, the currency of use is:-
INDIA – INR
EUROPE – EUROS
USA – US$
UK – GBP
REST OF THE WORLD – US$

If you are paying from another country, your credit card will convert your payment accordingly.

TAXES

We don’t charge tax on goods as they are included in the price.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipment within INDIA is free. 

Worldwide shipping is free for orders of $150 / EU140 / GBP130 and above

A shipping fee of $25 / EU24 / GBP23 will be applied for orders less than $150 / EU140 / GBP130

All prices quoted are for a product to your door, including all duties.

EXCHANGES / RETURNS

We want our customers to make a considered purchase of a product so we can avoid exchanges or returns. We are a company who is concerned about the environment. Every return or exchange consumes extra resources.  

We are also not a mass e-commerce site where exchanges or returns are part of the business model and worked into the price or swallowed up by sheer economies of scale!

If you have doubts about a product before purchase, contact us, and we will be glad clarify any questions or concerns.

However, we understand that the need for an exchange or return may be required from time to time, and we are here to help out in the best way possible.

We give you 15 days to notify us if you have an issue with a product. We ask you to contact [email protected] to coordinate.

Because our products are crafted one by one and we use handloom textiles and natural dyes, sometimes a product will have slight differences or imperfections that are part of the product and not considered faults.

If you do want to make a return, we accept returns as long as all the tags are in place and the product has not been worn. Once we have received the item and checked it, if accepted, we will send you an approval and refund your payment.

SALE ITEMS

Please note all SALE items are FINAL.  We cannot accept exchanges or returns/refunds on SALE items.

REVISE / CANCEL ORDER

If you want to revise or cancel an order, please contact us at [email protected] quoting your order number in the subject line, within 48 hours of placing the order.

We have worked hard to make an understandable sizing chart for our products – click here.  Should you have further doubts, get in touch and we will be happy to help clarify.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We can ship to almost anywhere in the world except PO Boxes.  

We ship direct from our workshop in New Delhi, India. 

For Indian shipments we use a variety of courier services such as Blue Dart, Delhivery and DTDC.  

We use our international logistics partner United Couriers for worldwide shipments.

SHIPPING TIMES

To avoid overproduction and waste, we make a limited number of pieces of each product.  But we will carry our fabrics in stock,  so in case we don’t have a piece pre made, we will make it for you.  

From order placement we will ship out for DOMESTIC INDIA within 3 to 5 business days.

For International shipments we will typically ship within 5-7 business days of the order, if not sooner. Normally, your order would take 5 days from shipment to reach you, not including any possible delays for custom clearance.

Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation with estimated time of shipping out your order.  

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email notification with the tracking number, so you can also track the shipment.
