We accept all major credit card payments: VISA, Mastercard and American Express using PayPal. You can also pay using your PayPal account, should you have one.
Currently, the currency of use is US $. If you are paying from another country, your credit card will convert your payment accordingly.
We don’t charge tax on goods as they are included in the price.
All our items are FREE delivery.
EXCHANGES / RETURNS
We want our customers to make a considered purchase of a product so we can avoid exchanges or returns. We are not a mass eCommerce site where exchanges or rejections of product are part of the make-up of the business and a percentage of exchanges is worked into the price! We also want to avoid extra packaging usage. So please make considered selections / purchases. If you have doubts about a product before purchase, contact us, and we will be glad to assuage any doubts.
We give you 15 days to notify us if you have an issue with a product. We ask you to contact firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate an exchange/return. Because our products are crafted one by one and we use handloom and natural dyes, sometimes a product will have slight imperfections that are not considered faults.
If you do want to make a return, we accept returns as long as all the tags are in place and the product has not been worn. Once we have received the item and checked it, if accepted, we will send you an approval and refund your payment. All return packages must be sent at your cost to the appropriate return address.

We can ship to almost anywhere in the world except PO Boxes, direct from our workshop in New Delhi, India using our logistics partners United Couriers.
Shipping time is between 3 and 7 days depending on location. We will send you a tracking number for your order so you can also track the shipment from your side.
