WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

Shipment within INDIA is free. 
Worldwide shipping is free for orders of $160 / €160 / £150 and above.
A shipping fee of $25 / €24 / £23 will be applied for orders less than $160 / €160 / £150
All prices quoted are for a product to your door, including all duties.

WHAT IS OUR EXCHANGES / RETURN POLICY?

We want our customers to make a considered purchase of a product so we can avoid exchanges or returns. We are a company that is concerned about the environment. Every return or exchange consumes extra resources and adds waste.

We are not a mass e-commerce site where exchanges or returns are part of the business model and worked into the price or swallowed up by sheer economies of scale!

Our products are crafted one-by-one and we use handloom textiles and natural dyes, sometimes a product will have slight differences or imperfections that are part of the product and not considered faults. However, we understand that the need for an exchange or return may be required from time to time, and we are here to help out in the best way possible.

We give you 15 days from the day of delivery to notify us if you have an issue. We ask you to contact [email protected] to coordinate.

If you do want to make a return, we accept returns as long as all the tags are in place and the product has not been worn. Once we have received the item and checked it, if accepted, we will send you approval and refund your payment.

All return packages must be sent at your cost (Including duties if international) to the return address:

WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY FOR SALE ITEMS?

ALL SALE items are FINAL. We cannot accept exchanges or returns/refunds on SALE items.
ALL Craft Collection pieces sold are FINAL sales. You may cancel or tweak the order within 24 hours of placing it.
ALL big coats (SONNY & SARTHAK & YURI) are FINAL sales. You may cancel or tweak the order within 24 hours of placing it.
ALL Merino Wool pieces are FINAL sales. You may cancel or tweak the order within 24 hours of placing it.

HOW TO REVISE / CANCEL ORDER?

If you want to revise or cancel an order, please contact us at [email protected], quoting your order number in the subject line, within 24 hours of placing the order. 

HOW IS THE SIZING DONE?

We have worked hard to make an understandable sizing chart for our products – CLICK HERE. Should you have further doubts, get in touch and we will be happy to help clarify any doubts you may have.

WHERE CAN YOU SHIP?

We can ship to almost anywhere in the world except PO Boxes. We ship directly from our workshop in New Delhi, India.

For Indian shipments, we use a variety of courier services such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC. If you are in Delhi, it may be Rahul from our office, who personally delivers your order!

We use DHL for worldwide shipments.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?

To avoid overproduction and waste, we stock a limited number of pieces of each product.  But we will carry our fabrics in stock, so in case we don’t have a piece pre-made, we will make it for you. 

From order placement, we will ship out for DOMESTIC INDIA within 10 business days.  If it is going to take longer than that, we will inform you promptly.

For International shipments we will typically ship within 10 business days of the order.  Normally, your order would take 5 business days from shipment to reach you, not including any possible delays for custom clearance.  If it is going to take longer than that, we will inform you promptly.

Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation with an estimated time of shipping out your order.  

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email notification with the tracking number, so you can also track the shipment.
