EXCHANGES / RETURNS
We want our customers to make a considered purchase of a product so we can avoid exchanges or returns.
We are not a mass eCommerce site where exchanges or rejections of product are part of the make-up of the business and a percentage of exchanges is worked into the price!
We also want to avoid extra packaging usage. So please make considered selections / purchases.
If you have doubts about a product before purchase, contact us, and we will be glad to assuage any doubts.
We give you 15 days to notify us if you have an issue with a product. We ask you to contact firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate an exchange/return.
Because our products are crafted one by one and we use handloom and natural dyes, sometimes a product will have slight imperfections that are not considered faults.
If you do want to make a return, we accept returns as long as all the tags are in place and the product has not been worn. Once we have received the item and checked it, if accepted, we will send you an approval and refund your payment.
All return packages must be sent at your cost to the return address:
